My legs are a bit banged up with bruises from working out and attempting to practice pole 😭 the last 2 times I worked out on my pole, I injured my knee and couldn’t walk on it for a week and the time before that I bruised the helllll out of my ankle !! which isn’t great encouragement for someone who already hates working out & excerising lol… but oh well 💪😫 would u kiss my bruises better ? :3
