re: news burnout 😪😵 there’s a lot going on (mercury went retrograde today too which is gonna heighten/distort matters of functional communication and relations) and it can be hard to deal with it all. stay aware, not just now but always. heal by stepping back. you don’t need to know every detail of the news 24/7.
