My original birthday plans were cancelled a couple weeks ago and the new plans I made after that literally got cancelled today (it was cloudy so we couldn’t sky dive and I had no backup plan….we literally waited at the skydive place for over 6 hours only to be told we couldn’t jump today). I had been looking forward to my 30th for years so it was hard to have such an uneventful and disappointing day. However, even though I didn’t get to go sky diving or do anything else with my day, I rallied and went out to dinner with a couple friends!! While I am sad that such a monumental birthday has passed by without the celebration I was hoping to give it, I am still extremely grateful for my friends who sent me birthday wishes, flowers and treats. Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday today as well. I feel very loved ♥️
