This was my first attempt. Full disclosure: It's a lot of balls. Like, a LOT of my balls. I think for the next attempt, I'll go with a wider angle lens (though I love this new Canon 50mm F1.8 "Nifty Fifty") and try to be more directly up with the angle, instead of having the camera behind me on the floor looking up. Hopefully that way I can get you guys some more shaft and less balls. Oh, and in case you were wondering, I laid a ring light down on the floor. That's how I lit up my taint.
