Pumping and Jelq Routine (3-29-21): 1. Bathmate pumping: Using the Bathmate with hot water pump for five minutes. 1A. If you don't have a bathmate but you do have an air pump. Perform a hot rag warm up for five minutes and pump to a maximum of 7 psi. 2. Uli Jelq w/ Horse Squeeze (50): Perform a uli hold jelq by making an "ok" grip at the base of your shaft. And jelqing with the other hand. This time when you jelq to the base of your glans make an "ok" grip there and hold it for five seconds. By doing this you will perform a horse squeeze. Repeat until 50 have been done. 3. Bathmate pumping: 5 minutes 4. Regular Jelq (25): For this jelq perform a very slow jelq, this will allow for a good stretch. Each jelq should last four seconds by the time you reach your glans. 5. Bathmate / Air Pump: 5 minutes 6. Uli Jelq w/ Horse Squeeze (50): Perform a uli hold jelq by making an "ok" grip at the base of your shaft. And jelqing with the other hand.
