

BLOG: The Theory of PE (3-331-21): Some of you may be wondering what exactly you're doing when you're jelqing, pumping, using an extender, or whatever other method of penile enlargement you're doing in order to get bigger. And so, I hope to answer your questions. Now, of course, I am not a doctor nor is this medical advice. This is just the theory as to how penile enlargement works and my thoughts behind them as to why I do it. Jelqing: When performing a jelq you're milking your penis by lightly 'tugging' from the base of your shaft to below the glans. While doing this you're stretching the Corpus Cavernosum and the Corpus Spongiosum, which are the 'chambers' that I always mention in my videos and blog posts. You're also pumping more fluid into your penis causing a temporary expansion. The same thing basically happens when you're lifting heavy weights, your muscles are stretching and expanding and they will repair themselves because you're causing microscopic tears in them. When they repair themselves it causes growth, but the penis is made out of collagen and elastic fibers as well as some muscles. While the muscle and penile tissue are different the way they can grow in theory is the same. Jelqing also mimics the use of a penis extender, in which I will talk about those also. Pumping: Using a penis pump will fill and expand the chambers of your penis will fluid (I'm not allowed to say the 'b' word on Onlyfans), lymph fluid and it will greatly expand the chambers. Over time using a pump will begin to allow the chambers to hold more fluid, which will result in making you bigger. But pumps usually target girth more than length because the expansion is more outwards when you're pumping. Rather than your penis stretching. One thing that you can do after using a pump is to clamp your shaft to hold that new fluid and expansion. The only reason why I don't do this is that it doesn't always allow for fresh fluid to enter into your penis and while it is a form of PE. I've only used clamping after using a pump when I want to stuff my wife during sex. Extender: I'm happy to announce that the extender has been recognized by medical professionals as a way to increase the length of your penis. While the results are minimal, it's still an increase. With that being said an extender is very self-explanatory because it extends or stretches your penis. I personally have not used one because I like to feel the control I have when I'm performing a jelq. I personally feel that an extender can put too much stress on your penis from it begin stretched for so long. But, that doesn't mean I don't plan on trying it someday to give you all my personal opinion on the experience. Hanging: I will start off by saying that I am not a personal fan of hanging as a PE method. I feel that an extender would be a better method than hanging due to the fact there is more control while stretching. The only time I will 'hang' anything as a form of PE would be a towel or some device that has some weight so that I can perform a kegel, which brings me to my next part. Kegels: Kegels are one of the best things you could do to enhance your sex life. Over time your pc muscle (pubococcygeus muscle) will get stronger which will make it easier for you to hold back ejaculating. Or even maintain a solid erection after ejaculation. Also, it will give you harder erections which is why I do them almost every day. Final Thoughts: PE is a steady process that requires time, consistency, and understanding of your body. The reason why I'm so hard on you all about warming up is that you want those elastic fibers to be more susceptible and willing to stretch and expand while you're doing PE. A lot of guys, myself included many years back, will injure themselves due to not warming up properly, applying too much force. And over-exerting their penis by thinking that doing more will guarantee faster results and that's totally not the case.
