

PE Routine: Starting 6-21-21 to 6-25-21 6-21-21: AM - Bathamte 5 minutes x 25 jelqs x Bathmate 5 minutes Mid-day - 300 kegels minimum throughout the day. PM - Bathmate 5 minutes x 25 uli jelqs x 5 min hot rag warm-up x 5 min Pump @ 5psi x 30 directional jelqs x 10 min pump @ 5psi Note: ( If you don't have a Bathmate but you do have a vacuum pump. Do a five-minute hot rag warm-up, and use the vacuum pump for five minutes, no higher than 5psi. Before you do the jelqs, do another hot rag warm-up.) 6-22-21: AM - Bathmate 5 minutes x 30 directional uli hold jelqs x Bathamte 5 minutes Mid-day - 350 kegels throughout the day. PM - Bathmate 5 minutes x 30 directional jelqs x 5 min hot rag warm up x 15 sec semi-flaccid beld x 5 min warm up x 30 downward uli hold jelqs x 2 min hot rag cool down. 6-23-21: AM -Bathmate 5 minutes x 3 (10 min rest period) x 25 uli hold jelqs Mid-day: 400 kegels throughout the day. PM - 5 min hot rag warm up x 20 directional jelqs x 150 erect raises / towel raises 6-24-21: Jelqing and Pumping rest day - 400 kegels throughout the day PM - erect raises and edging 6-25-21: AM - Bathmate 5 minutes (10 min rest) x 5 minutes Mid-day: 450 kegels throughout the day. PM - 45 Minute pump day: The pump day will consist of multiple pump sessions and rest periods with warm up sessions. I will be mixing up using the Bathmate as well as the vacuum pump so the instructions will be posted via video. If you don't have a Bathmate but you do have a vacuum pump.
