

Week 1-4 (Experimental Routine) Note: This routine might be adjusted over time. MONDAY: Bathmate: Hot water, 5min with three bellow compressions. Warm Up: Rotational Stretches x 10 second hold to the right, left, upwards and downwards. Jelq: 25 Uli Hold Downward Jelqs Kegels: One minute, this one minute will also count as a resting period. Bathmate: Hot water, 5min with three bellow compressions. Warm Up: Rotational Stretches x 10 second hold to the right, left, upwards and downwards. Jelq: 25 Uli Hold Downward Jelqs x 10 Long Hold One Handed Jelq Kegels: One minute, this one minute will also count as a resting period. NOTE: Long Hold One Handed Jelq is performed like a regular jelq, but instead of quick strokes each one from base to the bottom of the glans should take five seconds.
