

The reason I forgot to upload yesterday is I'm trying to give up smoking, for the 1000th time, and was busy clearing all my smoking paraphernalia from the house 😬 It's now nearly been 24 hours since my last cigarette and I'm really struggling 😭 Not so much from the nicotine withdrawal, but more the habit of when I used to have one....like after I've finished this post, I would have had one before doing my tea. Please bear with me, I'm so determined to do it this time, but I may have a day or two of struggles before the new routine kicks in and the old ones are forgotten. I'm 41 in November and have been smoking nearly 3/4 of my life...I do need to put my health first. I want to apologise in advance if this does effect my replies, I will post daily, but messages may be delayed by a day or two depending on how I'm feeling ❤️ Wish me luck!
