Had to call my eye Drs office, I was there last week & I was written refills- I was told “everything’s ok keep on keeping on” but then I was given scripts that weren’t the same as I have been taking. (Fellow actually asked me what strength I take- mfkr my chart is right in front of you!)
The receptionist argued with me for 15min about my scripts & that there was a note I need to be seen in a month, with was not what was discussed. I told her idk why you’re arguing with me, you weren’t in the appt, I was
