Today was busy, but good. I had an awful sleep last night. To be fully transparent we both struggle with anxiety and panic attacks at times. 😭 I had one last night before bed then woke up at 4am with a migraine. It wasn’t until the afternoon that I started to feel somewhat normal, but my brain has remained fuzzy all day still.
We had our bi-weekly couples counselling session this evening (everyone should do therapy btw. If you can’t afford it send me a message and I’ll connect you with a low-cost program that is amazing!!!), then after I did some dick reviews for some of you, and had an impromptu sexy video chat with a new friend in Nova Scotia!! Some Random Guy™️ made some yummy baked Mac and cheese for dinner, with lamb that I raised myself mixed in, and extra cheese broiled on top. Yum!! It wasn’t the evening I was expecting, but it was really good!!
