Added 2021-07-18 00:23:05 +0000 UTCI got outside and got some sun and much needed time with family. I am working hard on changing my energy and making a more positive daily life. It has been an extremely difficult past few years and getting out of a negative mindset isn't easy, but it can be done and once you begin, you realize how bad things were. I am also on a weight loss journey and better health journey and have lost a significant amount of weight in just 10 days so that is making me feel much better about myself. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I will be working and continuing my journey. 😎
