On that note, I am on day 8 of being sober and I am actually starting to feel pretty good aside from the pain caused by the emotional turmoil I am currently experiencing. I will try not to bore you with that much more, but suffice to say life is fucking me harder than ever and I'm barely keeping my head above water. There have been lots of tears and lots of hours spent in bed trying to sleep it all away. Today I am going to try to do at least two things for myself to hopefully start to pull myself out of this funk I am in and feel better all around. Just those self care things that actually can do wonders for our mental state. I received some absolutely amazing news this morning and although I'm in a deep Hell of despair, it helped lift my spirits enough to at least try to do more today than previous days. I will be getting to work more and more each day. :) Thank you ALL so much for your continued support through this extremely difficult time in my life. Without you I am not sure I would make it through. Screaming into the void is nice, but getting some feedback is even nicer. :) Love you all. D.
