Customs FAQ - PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME. THANKS. Customs are $13 per minute with a five minute minimum (to start). Payment must be received before you are added to the queue. Costumes and elaborate ideas cost more. Customs take a MINIMUM of 4 weeks, but much, much longer at times like this when I'm EXTREMELY backlogged. Use of a name is $50 extra. ALL customs are resold, no exceptions. Exclusivity can be purchased and STARTS at $500. Please send me your FULL idea in ONE message so that i can review it and subsequently keep everything organized. There are a lot of you 😏😘 I have to approve all custom ideas before moving forward. DO NOT just send me money and say "I want this and here's your money" because you won't receive a custom. I do not approve all ideas. I accept payment through here as a tip, or you can pay me through other sources. If you wish to utilize other sources, we can discuss that in messages. Customs take weeks, people. WEEKS. I say weeks without a number in front of it because each custom takes a different amount of time. Some are fairly simple and can only take a day to prep, film and edit. Others are much more complex with certain outfits/costumes/props, etc and can take day(S) to create. DO NOT continually message me about how your video is coming along or any variation thereof. I am EXTREMELY busy and you will only be taking time away from me filming customs and I won't answer you. If I receive enough of those backhanded "I want my video" messages, I will restrict you and possibly block you. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. I have dozens of customs in my queue. DOZENS. If you order a custom, you must take that into consideration. I film in order of payment received, so yes, you gave me such and such an amount a month ago. That just means you are in line with everyone else who is PATIENTLY waiting for me to get to theirs. Also, I am a human being with a family and a life and sometimes extenuating circumstances can briefly slow me down. I don't just throw up a camera and do my thing and *poof* your custom is done. I have to get myself ready, my studio/scene ready, figure out which order I may need to film the idea in, set up, tear down, set up, tear down, set up, tear down, film, re-film, film, re-film, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. It is a MULTI PROCESS endeavor for each and every one of your videos. You are ONE person waiting on ONE thing whereas I am ONE person with THOUSANDS waiting on THOUSANDS of things. I'm a one woman show. I do everything myself. You are not the only one waiting. I will get to your custom when I get to it and I will create it with the same level of professionalism that I create every single other video I make. I really do enjoy making customs so let's all just understand one another and I can continue doing what I do best 👌 ❤ Thanks.
