This time wasn't my fault either (or docs), but damn this is getting frustrating. I have been managing the pain as best I can with lidocaine patches and ibuprofen along with my already prescribed pain meds which aren't strong enough for this level of pain. I know I need at least a cortisone shot. Pretty sure I have shoulder impingement. Ugh. I will do my best to start filming whatever I can. I'm tired of sitting around and I need a distraction anyway. I'll just be even slower than usual 😒 I will also have a new installment to My Story today or tomorrow. I missed truthful Tuesday due to this pain and other bullshit. I hope everyone is well! D.
