There should be no debate on this. I also receive hundreds of messages so occasionally I just can't get to them all. 2. Be respectful and kind or get restricted and possibly banned. Enough said. 3. As in real life, if I say "no" to something, that means fucking NO. No exceptions. Pressure me and get banned. 4. Yes, I do customs. No, they are not created in one day or even two. It takes weeks and sometimes can take months. If you can't handle this, don't order a custom. I will no longer tolerate impatience and NO I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. 5.
