

?? Want a bigger chest? Read on....
1) Slow it down! Train with purpose. I preach slowing it down a lot but with chest, that muscle contraction is very important.
2) Focus more on incline. Yes, that’s correct. Incline will help work that “upper shelf” and give an illusion of a bigger chest.
3) Don’t solely do bench or push exercises. Flyes are just as important!
4) You might have to hit chest more than once per week. If it’s very slow to respond, try pairing chest with shoulders on a secondary day.
