What are you training today? Ever wonder how many days per week you should train each body part? Well, me too LOL...it varies depending on a few factors. But I will say, when starting off, 2x a week is a great goal, upper one day and lower the next. Or even two full body days if you space them out enough and are recovering. As you advance, start adding days in and adjusting the volume! The more you know 💪🏻
