

Do you want to know a truth about Depression? So many people talk about the sadness and the crying. But what people don’t talk about is the other stuff that goes with it. How getting out of bed is such an unrealistic Chore. How just getting up to lay in a bath can consume so much energy you don’t have. How even things you love can seem like huge energy pits. Mental illness affects everyone differently, ofc. But maybe keep this in mind when people struggle to get out of bed or to do something they love, despite how much they love it. Usually I can distract myself with workout and playing games and anime. But this week, it’s TAKEN more than it’s helped.
