Right now it is Hanabi season in Japan. Last year I remember that all of the hanabi festivals went like planned and everyone had fun. But right now there is a wave of thunder storms running across the country. So in Adachi they cancelled the festival last minute after the 300 thousand people had arrived and on twitter you could just see waves of people angry.
