If today is a hard day for you, do something for yourself, buy the $7 fancy coffee, don't cook food tonight... just order in.... take 5 extra minutes in a nice hot shower. Tell your loved ones that you miss them even if they aren't physically here with us. If you know someone that has a hard day today, give them a hug. Sending lots of love always... - Aubrey 💗
