I wanna be real with you all though- I'm on vacation from the salon but I'm really tired. My chronic back pain is really taking a toll on my spirit. I also am covered in a rash that is itchy and painful, and I feel a tad defeated today. I look back at this picture and am like, wow, I can't believe that's me! This is one reason I love photography. Today while I sit in bed sipping my coffee and responding to messages, feeling no where near this glamorous- in pain, honestly just feeling low- I can think back and remember all the amazing things my body still does. . Today I might just be sad though, and that's ok. Chronic pain is, for lack of a better term, a mind fuck. I feel on one hand no one gets it and on the other when I try and explain it I feel annoying as hell. I think that's just how it goes. I know my other Chronic pain people understand- unfortunately. Regardless, tomorrow is a new day (and I'm OFF! on a Saturday!?!?) And I'm sure my spirits will be a bit lifted- you all always help me with that.
