I didn't want to take lessons because it was boring and expensive. I liked it, on Saturday I spent 3 hours and paid $20 for it and in Sunday I was there for 4 hours and paid $25. I really enjoyed the experience and I am planning to go there again this weekend, it helps me deal with stress because my hands and head are busy. Great relief from anxiety π₯
In a week, my first works will dry and I can sand them to remove all the unevenness!!!! Then I can use paint and put it in the oven, or just put it in the oven if I don't need paint. When the kiln firing is complete I have to cover it with a special glaze and bake it again. There is a waiting list at the studio to use the oven, so I will have to wait my turnπ₯²
I think that I will receive the finished products in a month, when I have gone through all the stages of working on them and the firing is completed. It's also a great way for me to learn patience.
I hope you found it interesting! Write in the comments if you have had experience working with clay and what you think about my productsπ
(Btw, if you wanna support me and pay for my pottery session you can tip on campaign π₯°)
