As you know I try to make regular donations towards organizations that both personally touched my life and will benefit my community. Today I chose New Hope as they helped me with processing some of the abuse I went through. Something that came to mind for me was the importance of discussing boundaries before you have sex with anyone. For me, I absolutely never do ch0king or smacking across the face- I know some guys are into that. I A) find it degrading but B) it also provoked anxiety from PTSD of an abusive ex that did those things. Don’t forget to discuss what’s okay and not okay with the person you sleep with whether it be a sex worker, girlfriend, or hook up buddy. And don’t forget that money is great for consumerism but also well spent on bettering the community and helping those less fortunate. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk 🤣
