Mainly when squatting, deadlifting, or during hip thrust to add extra tension π€ I also think that they help keep my knees more stable when squatting!! My belt has helped me correct my form and feel more confident in my heavy lifts!! π it provides back and abdominal support while reducing spinal flexion.
