During those times itโs important to be present so I take a few deep breaths and use all of my sensesโบ๏ธ what do you feel? What do you see? What do you smell? What do you taste? What do you hear? When you answer these questions itโs a perfect way to get you out of your head and ground yourself in the momentโจ let me know if you have anything that works for you!
