IM ALIVE!!!!!!!! my panic attacks have been getting a lot better. Iโm waking up with a lot of anxiety right now but Iโm implementing new routines and finding peace of mind. Waking up and stretching, going outside and sitting in the morning sun and meditating. Iโm going to start going to a gym gym (not a climbing gym only haha) and going to start running. The climbing gym I go to doesnโt even have a treadmill so thatโs super annoying (the chalk keeps fucking their equipment up tbh)
