Slowly gonna push food back up now, so that I don’t get fat 🤷🏻♀️ slow n steady wins the race Entering a new growing phase, which is bitter sweet… I want to stay like this because I feel comfortable in my skin, however I also need a lot more mass on me so another growing phase is needed 😈
