Last night when I couldn’t sleep, I went to proofread and edit a new one, I couldn’t log into my account. It says my user name does not exist and my email is already being used. I don’t know if I was hacked or a website issue. I am livid. And devastated. It may not seem like a big deal, but I hadn’t backed up all my work. My fault. So, I’ve lost years of output. Even the one I was going to publish later this year. I contacted them. Now I’m just waiting.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
