

I’ve lost about 18-20lbs (280 at my highest and now I float between about 260/262) but I can’t really tell a difference so I’m getting discouraged 😭 I don’t feel any different or look any different (in my opinion) so it feels hard to keep a good attitude! 18-20 lbs is a lot in 2 months and I feel like I should be proud but I’m not seeing results so it’s hard to stay positive!
