Happy Tuesday! It’s our first flow video together!
I’m a huge Yogi and used to be really flexible back in high school but fell off. I’m so happy to be getting back into it and have you enjoy this part of my life with me too! I always dress like this by the way. My hubbie likes to joke I hate pants and bra’s and yes. yes I fkn do. Unless it’s for the sake of fashion or warmth. 🙈
