My therapist basically stopped giving what I needed to join the zoom call. It's fine since they did act like my trauma isn't affecting me now, which it is why the hell would I try to be in therapy if it didn't? Other shit is going on, but it just really hurt my feelings, and I feel like when I think on it, I start to spiral.
Either way, I've been doing well, but I'm not doing well at the moment, and I hope that idk more comments or something... I honestly don't know 😞 thanks for reading.
