Like most of us I was going through a lot of extremely painful experiences in the past! With my family from childhood on , a very aggressive ex boyfriend and much more, so I was the opposite from self confident as you can imagine! At some point I started slowly to wake up . I started to read a lot of books & heard the right podcasts. I started to think about many things differently! It takes constant self reflection and this can hurt a lot but it’s extremely important to not run away from bad memories & experiences! We have to face them and once you did they can’t fear or hurt you anymore! You get over it , learn from it and get stronger & wiser! It’s important to don’t get bitter instead you should do anything to have a positive attitude & tell yourself even in bad situations-> what can I learn from it? What is it teaching me? Life is about learning & growing! It’s our choice to give up and being negative and depressed (what only hurts & limits ourselves) or we decide to always stand up again, learn from mistakes and start over optimistically! I decided for myself to go through the way of a positive thinking pattern, to grow, to learn from mistakes instead of judging myself! To take responsibility for everything that I do or don’t do! Because the only one that can make us happy in the long run is ourselves, nobody else! Now I don’t care anymore what other people think about me or talk about me! It’s not important! Important is if you can live with the decisions you take & with the life you are currently in. If you are not… it’s totally up to you to change it anytime! I did it rapidly! And now I can say that I live a life I seriously love to live with people in it I love and which love me back the same way! No drama anymore, no guilt, no constant stress & pressure! But therefore a lot of freedom & happiness 😉☺️🙏 -> SORRY FOR THIS ASS LONG TEXT 😱😅😂 I just thought maybe it could help one or another of you! What I seriously hope! Love you 💞😘
