Side note: I never realized how much I talk with my hands lol but I guess you can say I’m passionate when I share something I care about.
This is an extra clip I found of me teaching on the idea of intention and doing life more consciously and it has me laughing because I wasn’t conscious of my hand movements in this at all😂
Needless to say, lots of fun stuff in the works for you guys😊 For example, this recent video I did on the power of something as simple as walking. Have you seen it on OFTV yet??
