Added 2022-03-20 04:23:29 +0000 UTCI had a little metaphorical tumble today as I experiment with different inhalers as a precautionary for spring and me continuing my immunotherapy with allergy shots. A steroid and bronchial dilator combo at its lowest dose had me with a high heart rate and damn jittery after my morning hike. Once it wore off I felt human and annoyingly it was AFTER my gym closed so no squats for me today. Im deep in cleaning and getting rdy for the vernal equinox tomorrow 🌸🌕💦 I’ll be back online to answer messages and post the changes that are gonna be happening here in the morning 🌕 ✨ Thank you for all the love you’ve been showing me 🙏
