A vestibular specialist will be scheduled in the next week to hopefully help me with the dizzy. Screen time needs to be limited as well as excessive stimulation. Proof comes in as a nap after my errands today, but my energy levels are somewhat improving? It was insult to injury that I get home as a dump truck was loudly banging and I could barely think to walk straight. Cleared to workout, I just need this nausea to calm tf out. I’ve been prescribed a thing that should help me. I’ll be sending a video out, but my messaging will be limited today as the screen fatigue is real. 💕
