I would stay it’s my original passion. The dedication, fulfillment and gratitude I get from shooting an image on film, to developing to printing in the darkroom….there’s nothing like it Finding your passion and executing it to succession is a form of therapy ✨ These images are produced from original negatives. Sally Rand, one the first burlesque dancers ever, came alive in the 1920’s, She was a true revolutionary of her time, embracing the feminine and provocative, a trailblazer for womens’ rights and recognition. In my best efforts, I wish to emulate her in strength to go beyond the norm or expectation of society to truly embrace who I am. To all women everywhere, let’s pay homage to Sally Rand for her greatness and inspiration 🌟
