

Todays workout was INSANE 🥵
I’ve been working on ‘repeat efforts’ with my trainer which is high intensity work out intervals with low intensity or period of rest. We chose this work out because he didn’t believe me that my cardio is crap and because, I personally want to start playing in basketball games again 🏀
This type of workout builds cardiovascular health as well as builds strength and power. We’ve got a long way to go but in the journey to greatness, time isn’t anything
Also.. I passed my first final of the term today 🎉🥳
