

Mental Health Mondays !
My trainer asked me something this morning after telling him how stressed I’ve been with finals and the life b lyfing. He asked what’s my crisis kit?
It resonated because usually my “kit” is to power through and recover once everything’s done, but that’s not always conducive to mental health or success.
Taking his advice, I’m taking a step back to evaluate what I need and know that I don’t have to bear the burden alone. Breath has been my key to my mental so taking time today to journal and meditate 🧘🏼♀️
