

happy friday lovelies wherever you are, i hope you are healthy and happy today. if something feels wrong, physically or mentally, this is your sign to please take your health seriously. don’t wait until things get worse. don’t wait and tell yourself that it’s nothing and it will pass. if something feels wrong, if you have that little voice in your head telling you that you’re not okay, whatever the reason may be, please go see a professional. if you don’t do it for yourself, no one else will. and that’s the sad reality. you have to be your own advocate - stand up for yourself, you are so worth it. be preventive. prevention is so much better than intervention. trust me when i say that, i’ve seen it first hand.. so many times. this is your little reminder to address this pain that you’ve been having for a few weeks, or the depression that you’ve been experiencing for a while. get in tune with yourself. listen to your body, analyze your thought process. it’s time to put yourself first.
