I have little to no hope of getting it though, but it’s good practice. It’s my first time ever putting an offer on a property so next time will feel much smoother and easier. I wrote a nice presentation letter to the seller in hopes that he would like to chose me over probably dozens of other people, with probably higher offers than me. Who knows if it might help 😅 The hike yesterday helped me take my decision. It’s crazy how fresh air, sunshine and getting your bloood flowing helps clear the mind in times of uncertainty and anxiety. So, now we wait!
