A little background about Betty. Betty spent the first year of her life in a puppy mill with 37 other dogs. When we adopted her from the Humane Society she was fearful of men and traumatized. 4 years later with lots of patience and routine she is fully rehabilitated. The lady that ran the puppy mill….it was her 3rd puppy mill bust, she was charged with a felony and spent some time in j@il. Not enough consequence if you ask me. But at least we got some restorative justice.
