I'm super annoyed with O/F as I'm sure it must have appeared like I was ignoring everyone in my dms (including not being able to send customs to those who've ordered them x). I can't say sorry enough, I just wish I'd noticed it sooner. Have rung through to O/F and it looks like they were able to fix it over the phone (thankfully x). Will be replying to all my dms now. Once again super sorry I didn't notice sooner 🥺
