The plus side of having such a low Bodyfat %, is that lumps/bumps under my skin are noticeable and I have a marble sized ball on my back dimple on the right side. While it doesn’t hurt to touch, whenever I bend over it hurts in that spot 😫😫😫 I don’t know how long it’s been there but I just happened to catch the bump while looking in the mirror before I jumped in the shower. I just hope it’s nothing serious. I go to the doctor on Thursday and I’m hoping it either shrinks and goes away by then or at least doesn’t get bigger 😖 I’ll be fully back to posting tomorrow though. I had sleep paralysis twice last night (almost getting murdered both times so wtf is going on idk) and so I was just exhausted all day today. If you’ve never experienced sleep paralysis then consider yourself lucky. It’s been happening more frequently for me lately and I even had it happen on a flight once. Scariest fucking thing ever omg.
