

I’m doing this 30 day yoga challenge. I’m on day 6 and I already feel a difference!! I struggled to keep up the first few days but now I can fully complete it without taking a break. When you learn how to breathe properly everything gets sooo much easier! You do yoga once a day for 30 days and the duration each day varies from like 20-35 minutes generally.
