

not really a sexy pic or post, but more of a life update for anyone interested: i start working with a personal trainer tomorrow π i already have been working out every day on my own now for the last month, but iβll meet with the trainer twice a week. iβm currently on a huge transformation journey, and wanting to lose weight/get fit, but wanting to make sure i keep a nice ass/curves in the right places ππ tbh, i want it to look even better than ever. i want to feel so beyond confident in my skin, that iβll definitely be proud to show it all off to you, my entire body. so itβll help to have someone who knows how to target all the right muscles!!! iβve been making a lot of important decisions lately to make sure iβm the healthiest person i can be, including going back on a strict vegan diet (no more dairy or eggs) cut out fast food/sugary snacks, and getting all the right vitamins/nutrients and protein i need each day. for exercise i row every day, i walk, i do yoga/meditation, and occasionally i do dance-cardio too! so iβm excited to add strength training to my routine!! ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπͺπ»πͺπ»πͺπ» iβve been doing so much research on stuff, and i just wanna do this all in the best way possible. i hope youβre excited for this journey! should i make sexy work out content??? yoga content? lemme know!
