Brains are extremely complex and I’m just starting to understand my own with the help of a medical team and medicine! If you ever feel unsafe please go to the hospital. As uncomfy as it was I’m glad I was able to get some support! You’re not crazy, this life is crazy. You’re just experiencing the symptoms 💖
