For example you could: 1) Wake up earlier. 2) Create a fulfilling morning routine ritual. 3) Choose healthier options for lunch. 4) Put fourth effort for things that bring you peace of mind and pure happiness. 5) Release any built up resentment, negative emotions to allow yourself to let go & move on. 6) Drink more water, watch your skin glow. 7) Push for one more rep at the gym in each of your exercises. 8) Do a kind act for someone, the art of giving back is rewarding in itself. These little changes over time will allow you to create a healthier relationship with yourself and others. Be the person you wish to cross paths with and watch how your life continuously gets better.
