

Celebrate where you are, and stop the comparisonitis. On your fitness journey it can be easy to overlook your own accomplishments and simply to consistently compare your body, progress or success to other people. Don’t get carried away doing that. Keep up the consistent work. Then make sure to celebrate your wins, once you hit one goal take a trip, go have a night out on the town, dinner with friends. Celebrate your wins and all that you are already!
