

***Brain is Struggling Today*** 😑 Today I woke up not feeling amazing. But instead of staying in bed, I needed to be a little active to make my mood better. Went for a 30 min walk around my neighborhood and stopped for a croissant and cappuccino. The day is 10x better now. Hopefully, I'll have the power to make it into the gym later 💪 (we will see if that actually happens lol)
